WE DO OFFER A WARRANTY ON OUR PRODUCTS

This is an important topic but is rarely an issue due to the quality construction of our product and the materials we use.
 
There has been some miscommunication in the past concerning a 3 year warranty or a “LIFETIME” warranty.
 
Any warranty indicating a time frame would be nearly impossible to control. Every unit would need a serial number and would also have to be registered by the customer at the time of purchase.
 
A “LIFETIME” warranty would be equally impossible. The life of any product would vary drastically based on how it is used and who is using it.
 
OUR SITUATIONAL WARRANTY POLICY
 
SITUATIONAL is determined by the following.
 
What is broken?
 
How did it happen?
 
When did you purchase?
 
What do you expect?
 
- If you bought it two days ago and the handle broke through normal use we send you the part.
 
- If you ran it over, you can purchase the replacement part from our website.
 
Ultimately we want you to be happy with the product. If you have a realistic request we will take care of you.

We need to have the warranty request on a written document for our records and to confirm the shipping address for the part.
